1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the BOUNZ mobile application ("BOUNZ", "we", "our", "us") available via the Apple App Store. By registering and using BOUNZ, users ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

BOUNZ facilitates the connection between music studios and music professionals or clients seeking such services. BOUNZ itself is not a contracting party to any agreement made between service providers and users. We only act as an intermediary platform.

3. User Registration

Registration is required to use BOUNZ. It is carried out via mobile phone number verification. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription, which is processed exclusively via the Apple App Store. The respective App Store terms also apply.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Agreements

BOUNZ is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of any session or agreement between users and service providers. Any contractual relationship arises directly between the parties involved.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes. Misuse or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall be liable only for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations ("Kardinalpflichten") are affected. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (incl. GDPR).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply.
