Booking Guide
Booking a session with BOUNZ is basic and very straightforward. It has mainly two phases:
1. Request
The user requests a session for the respected listing with its defined parameters. As soon as the request is created, the host (owner of the listing) is notified and has to accept or decline the request. If a request is declined, the host has to provide a reason.
2. Accepted / Declined
The User will be notified as soon as the host accepts or declines the request. The session is now live and happening!
Cancellation
For Hosts:Cancelling a session after it has been accepted will decrease your Host Score and may lead to being banned if we find a frequency.
You are able to cancel a session any time. However, you will need to provide a reason.
Don’t forget that cancelling sessions often will decrease your reputation.
